Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Express Post – 1–3 business days (metro areas); 2–5 business days (regional/rural)
Parcel Post – 3–6 business days (metro areas); 5–10 business days (regional/rural)

Discreet Packaging Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our store name on the outside. The return address label uses a neutral business name.

Billing Discretion Your bank or card statement will show a discreet billing descriptor — not our store name — to protect your privacy.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. No markup is applied — you pay the carrier rate directly.
